Q: Does Encinitas Design take a deposit before beginning each design project?
A: Yes, before beginning any design project a full deposit must be received. For all design projects under $2,500 we ask for a 50% down payment. The remaining 50% will be delivered upon completion of the project, but before the final project is delivered.

Q: What if the cost of my project exceeds $2,500?
A: For larger projects that exceed $2,500 a more detailed payment schedule is used. The main budget can be divided into parts which will be logically connected to some important “milestone” within the project.

Q: What do I need to give Encinitas Design before they begin my design project?
A: Before starting a project it is imperative that we are given as much detailed information pertaining to your project, including any ideas you may have. Visit our Planning section for more information about beginning a design project.

Q: Do you offer free mockups before a design project is started?
A: No, mockups are presented once a full deposit has been received at the beginning of the design project.
