intensive consuming many hours being both physical and mental.
It is important to develop a common understanding as to what is
included in, or excluded from, a design project. We have prepared
a list of questions that will help guide you in defining the scope
of your project.
The Scope:

2.) What is the purpose of your design project?
3.) What are your goals for this project?
4.) Are you promoting a new product or selling widgets through
the mail?
The
Competition:
1.) Do you know who your competitors are?
2.) What are your competitors doing?
3.) What is your company good at?
4.) What differentiates your business from your competitors?
5.) What are your company’s strengths and weaknesses compared
to your competitors?
The
Market Segment:
1.) Identify your target market. Who are they?
2.) How do they recognize your business?
3.) Why do they need your product or service?
4.) What drives your customers to purchase your product or service?
5.) How do you want to reach your target market?
The
Position:
1.) Define your current position. How do others perceive you?
2.) What do you want your company to be known for?
3.) Create a list of key attributes that effectively describes
the image of how you want others to perceive your company.
